Projects

We carry out company-wide development and optimization projects and create location-specific operating concepts. As part of the technical commissioning of construction projects, we carry out functional tests and implement measures for the technical and organizational optimization of real estate.

Asset and Property Management

We are responsible for a real estate portfolio of administrative and special properties. This means that we are responsible for monitoring and enforcing the Group's portfolio strategy, and also carry out the acquisition of premises on the real estate market and prepare and conclude strategic real estate acquisitions. Planning Office

We are your specialists in the area of space planning and drawing. Our portfolio covers the creation and updating of space plans according to the technical rules for workplaces as well as the implementation of space and building planning. We visualize site plans and location sketches and take care of the preparation of escape and rescue plans. We ensure the development of spatial concepts through regular stock taking and quality inspections.
