The real estate sector combines the entire range of services relating to our properties.
As a real estate service provider, we are responsible for developing the real estate strategy for the administrative locations.
Depending on needs and requirements, we look for suitable areas that can be built on, secure the acquisition of land and the necessary building rights.
We are also responsible for the planning, design and construction of administrative and special buildings. Following construction, we are responsible for the smooth operation of the building and take care of all operational matters relating to the property, both for owner-occupied and rental properties. If necessary, we rent office and special areas on behalf of all divisions.
The Schwarz Corporate Security & Service (SUS) division is a service provider for the strategic security of the Schwarz Group companies.
Our main task on behalf of the divisions is to ensure the safety of our employees and the protection of buildings, property and documents.
Through our activities, we ensure a uniform level of security in our areas of responsibility.

Once again this year, Schwarz Immobilien Service is handling the overall organization of Expo Real for the real estate-related companies of the Schwarz Group. Expo Real is Europe’s largest real estate trade show and a platform for business networking among all real estate companies. We look forward to making numerous connections with new and existing business partners. The theme for our trade show presence is: Born in Retail – Leading in Real Estate which highlights the core business of the Schwarz Group companies—retail—while also demonstrating the scale our real estate business has now reached.
