Depending on the needs and requirements of the various divisions, we look for suitable sites, secure the acquisition of the land, and deal with the necessary building legislation.

Construction

We look after the Schwarz Group's new builds and renovations, from planning through to handover to the operator. Not only do we build and modernize our administrative locations, we do the same in logistics operating units and in our company-owned daycare centers and schools.

Facility Management

Not only do we carry out the planning and construction, we also bring your buildings to life. Once the buildings have been completed by our construction business unit, we take care of everything that you need for your work: We look after the building technology, furnish the spaces and we also offer you various additional services.

 

Organization

Sound decision-making, audit compliance and legal compliance are our goals. Standardization and innovation are part of our DNA. Defining, developing and digitizing processes and workflows is essential in enabling us to achieve our goals. We work with other areas and departments in the Schwarz Group to do just that.

Corporate Security

As a service provider, we take responsibility for the Schwarz Group's strategic security. We take care of the security of buildings, property and documents as well as your safety at work. We therefore ensure that the security level remains uniform and consistent.
