We keep operations running

The tasks of building operations are diverse - we are responsible for the operation, maintenance and care of technical systems and facilities within our properties. We also coordinate all business support services. We are supported in our activities by external service providers, who assist us with inspection tours and janitor activities, for example, and take on the cleaning of buildings and maintenance of outdoor facilities. In general, building operations can be divided into the "Technical Facility Management" and "Infrastructural Facility Management" sub-areas.
